1. Acceptance of Terms

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE ("Terms") CAREFULLY. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Odd Duck mobile application (the "App") developed by Shanghai Hermes Cultural Communication Co., Ltd ("we," "our," or "us"), you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE APP.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. Use of the App signifies your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate access to any user at any time at our sole discretion.

3. License Grant and Restrictions

3.1 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, personal license to download and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by Apple's App Store Rules of Use.
