Shanghai Hermes Cultural Communication Co., Ltd ("we," "our," or "us") develops and operates the Odd Duck mobile application (the "App"), a word puzzle game available on the Apple App Store. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it.

By downloading or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

The App does not require account registration. We do not collect your name, email address, or any login credentials directly.

2.2 Vocabulary Collection Data (iCloud / CloudKit)

When you save words to your personal vocabulary collection ("Collection") or when your game progress is synced, this data is stored exclusively in your personal iCloud account via Apple's CloudKit framework.

This means:
